Our German shepherd dogs are bred for brains and beauty from x-rayed parents, Nightbreed German shepherd dogs excel at obedience trialling and as your faithful companion. I have been breeding German shepherds for many years and all my dogs live their lives as a member of the family.

I enjoy my dogs and the interaction with them, I joined a local obedience club and started trialling with my dogs, (Babe) Nightbreed Moon Fantasy, and I won gold in the open ring at the NSW state obedience titles.
As German Shepherd breeders, we sometimes have puppies; available to loving homes that are suitable for show, obedience, and as the much loved family companion.  We also offer our ongoing support and advice to all of our puppy owners if and when it's needed. The German Shepherd dog has a great following worldwide and is a very versatile, all-round companion dog.

It is one of the most popular breeds and as it is very versatile. It is recommended for a wide range of uses and environments. German Shepherd Dogs are used by the armed services and police for protection, tracking, rescue work, herding and as a guide for the blind. Since the 1980's the German Shepherd Dog has been bred to work and live closely with humans. German Shepherds are protective and brave, and not vicious by nature. Properly bred and trained, it is intelligent, nurturing, social, and tolerant and shows depth and a range of personality.

German Shepherds are poised, but when the occasion demands, eager and alert; both fit and willing to serve in its capacity as companion, watchdog, blind leader, herding dog, or guardian, whichever the circumstances may demand. However, the vast majorities are owned by Shepherd enthusiasts as the beloved family pet.
The breed has a distinct personality marked by direct and fearless, self confidence and a certain aloofness that does not lend itself to immediate and indiscriminate friendships. A German shepherd dog must be approachable, quietly standing its ground and showing confidence and willingness to meet overtures without itself making them.

Soundness of temperament is most important; this is why the GSD is given tests to determine the stability of temperament. Trials in obedience and tracking help determine and maintain the intelligence and purpose of the German Shepherd dog.

The German Shepherd dog, the first impression of a good German Shepherd is that of a strong, agile, well muscled animal, alert and full of life. A German Shepherd dog should be well balanced, with harmonious development of the forequarter and hindquarter. The German Shepherd Dog moves smoothly and powerfully whether walking or trotting. The German Shepherd dog is longer than tall, deep-bodied, and presents an outline of smooth curves rather than angles looks substantial and not spindly, giving the impression both at rest and in motion of muscular fitness and nimbleness without any look of clumsiness or soft living.
